First choose which RESORT you would like
to visit .Among our growing range of Atlas resorts you will
find a variety of styles and locations - from the relaxed yet
sophisticated style of one of our golf resorts in Spain to the
cosy comforts of an English country club. Or why not try one
of our more exotic destinations. All Atlas resorts meet our very
high standards of accommodation, amenities and hospitality.From
time to time new destinations will be added to our range and
as a member you will be kept regularly updated with all new additions
to our portfolio of top quality properties.

Decide on a choice of travel dates Try to be as flexible as
you can about dates and it is a good idea to have a first, second
and third choice ready when you call. Dates of seasons vary
from one resort to another - depending on demand for particular
locations at various times of the year. Please refer to the
detailed information in our Atlas resorts pages for
charts of the colour band dates at each particular resort.

Call our special number on the Get in Touch page for the Atlas reservations office nearest
to your home and they will help you book the holiday of
your choice. Have handy your RCI membership card and all
you need to do is quote your membership number and the
reservations office will have all the details of your
Atlas membership. You will not have to pay any
reservation fee if you book within the range of Atlas
resorts. Your reservation office will be able to make
flight or ferry bookings for you as well as arrange car
hire and travel insurance if you wish. You will receive
a confirmation of your reservation by post and you will
also be provided with further details on the resort where
you will be staying, together with travel directions.
Any travel documents will also be posted to you directly. |

It is important to make your reservation as early as possible
in order to maximise your chances of having exactly the destination
and dates you prefer. Requests can be made up to 2 years in
advance and don't forget you can save up your Atlas
time for one year to take a longer holiday the next year. Or
better still - why wait until next year? Take that wonderful
long holiday now by using next year's time as well. |
If you only decide quite late to make your
Atlas booking (i.e. less than 60 days before you wish
to travel) you will have the possibility - depending on availability
of course - of upgrading to a higher colour band or larger occupancy
apartment, as long as you are flexible about the exact resorts
and dates of travel. All our Atlas resorts will be immediately
informed by the reservations office of Atlas members'
reservations and if you have any further questions before your
departure you may like to telephone the resort reception - a 24
hour service at most of our resorts - who will be happy to help
you. English is spoken by all our reception staff, as well as several other languages. |
